Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When you click on "Purchase", you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.
If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order. As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser payment via secure online Realex payments (Realex are part of AIB). This is a secure form of payment and is protected by 128bit SSL encryption. Your credit card details are not visible to Asian Opus and we do not store any credit card details on our systems. If you wish you may give your credit card details over the phone (091 634999). Please do not send credit card details via email as this form of communication is not secure. If you wish to make your purchase by cheque you will have to send your order, specifying product code number, quantity and your name and address and a contact number to : Asian Opus Ltd., Peterswell, Co Galway. Please make cheques payable to Asian Opus Ltd.
We will call you to confirm your order, and dispatch the item for delivery when the cheque has cleared. Please note it may take up to 5 working days for a cheque to clear. |

For orders of 'in-stock' items the full price and related delivery charges are taken at the time the order is placed.
For orders secured with a deposit, a non-refundable 30% booking deposit is debited from your card at the time you place your order. Once the item is ready for dispatch we will contact you for the payment of the outstanding balance. Your order will not be delivered until all monies have been received. |

| We list availability information for each product sold by us on the website. Where items are not in stock we provide an estimate of dispatch time. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and should not be relied on as such. As we process your order we will inform you by email if any product you order turns out to be unavailable, or the dispatch time is changed. Prices are subject to change without notice. |

| Vat at 21% is included in the price and delivery of all items. |

| We verify prices as part of the dispatch procedure. In the event of a products correct price being lower than the stated price, rest assured that we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a products correct price is higher than the stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your credit card has been charged, Asian Opus shall issue a credit to your card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |

No order is binding on you or Asian Opus until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply on payment of all charges and once you have accepted delivery of the item in question.
Sales on this website are governed by Irish law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us. |

| We hope you will love your Asian Opus purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied you will be entitled to a refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition,. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost of the delivery to return the goods. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are sent at your cost and risk. This does not affect your statutory rights. |

Please note that we do not give refunds on:
- Any deposits paid
- Items to be returned but not notified to us within 7 days after receipt of the order Items returned after 28 days
- Damaged items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery
- Personalised items |

| You must report damages within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. Asian Opus will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours. Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by us. |

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive (S.I. 207 2001) which can be found here. This directive entitles you to a statutory cooling off period of 7 business days. Thus you may cancel non personalised items by sending us a letter or email cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) after the day on which you receive the purchase. To contact us for this purpose please call at 091 634999. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions in the Returns section above. Deposits will be forfeit on all cancelled orders or may be transferred to another item at Asian Opus' discretion.

If you wish to amend your order after you have placed it, just contact us by email at info@asianopus.com, or by telephone at 091 634999 and we will be pleased to do this without further charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched. We will be able to tell you if this is the case.
If your order has already been sent to you, you can return it to us for a full refund provided we receive our goods within 28 days, packaged in the same manner as which it was delivered. We regret that, in these cases, the return of the parcel is your responsibility and has to be at your expense. |

Asian Opus reserved the right to cancel order if:
· There is insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered
· We cannot arrange delivery to your area
· One or more of the goods ordered by you was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and refund your account any sum deducted as soon as possible. Asian opus will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. |
